The weather has been amazing! We have been spending so much time outside!!
The big news with you today: on our car ride home from buying new plants, you entertained yourself with a toy! This is huge!! What a big change! You are growing so much baby girl!

Of course this morning included brunch at our favorite brunch place! Mama was nervous about whether or not they could accommodate our new dietary limitations but they did a wonderful job!
Today was the first Saturday in a while that your father hasn't had to work so much. It was so nice having him around to play with you more!! I think he especially enjoyed it!!

Today was a really summer-like day!!! The temperature was absolutely amazing!! We went out to the porch first thing this morning, just like we will when summer comes. Then we spent the rest of the day hanging out with your cousins outside - including a walk to the toy store to get Zia some new kicks (& dreaming about your first pair of shoes), backyard fun, and playing in Laurelhurst Park. You took two naps outside while strapped to Mama, you lucky baby!
And tonight, Daddy took us out to eat at a restaurant. I think it's the first time we've gone out to dinner since you were born!

•trying to roll over
•the Whoozit toy in the photo and Panda
•reading library books (particularly the book Big is Big (and little is little): the Book of Contrasts)
•Mommy & Daddy
•dancing (kicking) to music (especially with Daddy)
•talking when you are really tired (it usually sounds like a pretty serious story!)
•sleeping only a short amount of time instead of the nice long 6-7 hour stretches from before you were 3 months old! & napping a lot in Mama's arms
•being Mama and Daddy's favorite!!
