here is the bus that stopped in the middle of the block and turned
off. after a few moments of confusion we realize there's no longer
even a driver in our bus... he's racing across the busy avenue making

his way to the hospital! the non-natives all voice their concern of

his health. the new yorkers, on the otherhand, curse and refuse to
leave until the driver returns voicing not even a tiniest bit of
empathy. this is new york.

spent the afternoon at the moma for my first art conversation group.
the topic was the new york abstract expressionism exhibit (which i
love love love). i thought this quick snap of one of pollock's
paintings would be fitting for today's photo.
